My Big Goal 

I’d like to master the tasks ahead of me. Going from AC II to GA has been challenging, but I can meet the challenge. 

My Big Lesson

Teamwork. Working in different Pods and teams is new to me, and it’s been great to learn various points of view and solutions to handle other issues. 

My Favorite Memory

When I left Pod 9, my team met to wish me the best in my new position and share words of appreciation. It was great to know that the people I had been working with felt that way, and they were especially important for me to improve my job performance.

My Big Surprise

I can do this kind of job from home! I live with my mom, so hanging out and spending time with her before the workday has been great.

What I’m Proud Of 

Becoming a GA within a year of starting with Proper. I thought it would take at least a year to get a promotion, so to advance before then is excellent. 

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

My father was my role model. He built a nail polish company and made his own way, so when I was younger, I wanted to be like him and build my own business so I could work on my own projects. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

Someplace in Europe, maybe Switzerland. I’ve learned a lot about Switzerland, and I’d love to visit and maybe see the mountains outside my window. 

What is your favorite type of taco?

Birria.

What has inspired you recently?

My brothers! We’re working on a project to get our products sold in the US. The last two months have been filled with meetings and work towards this goal, and my brothers’ work ethic has been inspiring. 

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

A giraffe. They’re peaceful, calm, and they live in pods. 

What’s your go-to karaoke song? 

“Dancing Queen” — ABBA

Coffee.

Do it even if you’re scared.
