Change is a constant, and we must make peace with it. 

My Favorite Memory 

Team building and our brief standups in the morning are always fun. Easing into work lightly with the team is really useful when I’m just starting my day. It’s a good way to get into the rhythm of things. 

My Big Surprise

I've changed from one team and department to another. I was a member of the Delivery team, and now I’m on Implementation, and they’re entirely different worlds! It’s the same company and the same goals, but everything we do is surprisingly different. 

What I’m Proud Of 

Getting good CSAT scores from some of our clients makes me happy. When we get those, we know things will go well for the Delivery team. When we do good work, it’s easy for Delivery to take on those clients. 

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to be a doctor. My grandmother told me I’d make a good doctor, but I changed my mind. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

I’d like to go to Thailand or Japan, but somewhere deep in nature, maybe in the mountains. 

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Carne Asada. It’s the favorite in my town. 

What has inspired you recently? 

My book club. I put together a good book club in January. I created it after being injured earlier in the year and had nothing to do but read. While I love to read, I couldn’t go anywhere or do anything else. I started it as a whim, but now it’s been six months, and we’re up to ten members! It’s realiring.

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

I would be a cat. They climb well, they’re independent, and they’re loving.

Don’t take anything too seriously.
