My Big Goal
There’s a new position — Accounting Supervisor— which is possibly a goal for me. Eventually, I’d like to become a PMAE or someone who just sees a problem and knows how to fix it like Chris Inghram or Armando González.
My Big Lesson
Communicate faster. If you have an issue—big or small—it doesn’t matter. Just communicate, and you will solve the problem one way or another. learn something new every day.
My Favorite Memory
When I joined Proper, I started learning a lot of stuff, a lot of new topics, and tons of information. We had a client who had many CAM recs, and I didn’t know anything about CAM recs, but I learned from Chris Inghram and was successful.
Even if you don’t know, you can learn, and there’s always a Proper Person willing to help. That’s a good thing to remember.
My Big Surprise
How fast the company grows. Wow, it’s amazing! My Pod started with two or three clients; now we have six, with more incoming.

Exceeding clients' expectations and learning more about my position while leading a strong team.
