My Big Goal
Keep improving my skills in this new AC II role, so can keep working and developing to eventually advance to a General Accountant position.
My Big Lesson
Communication. I’d never worked from home before, which was a new challenge at first — the software, channels, and processes- so I quickly realized how important communication is in this mode.
My Favorite Memory
My entire Pod had a team-building meeting just to socialize and check in with each other—we haven’t done it in a while, but that’s a fond memory.
My Big Surprise
In November or December last year, there was some upheaval among the Mexican team as we had some staffing changes. This presented me with a choice to stay or move on, but I like Proper and decided to stay. It was all a big surprise.

What was your childhood ambition?
I used to work on my father’s ranch with him — so I wanted to do something related to that.
If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?
Somewhere with a beach. I really love the beach, the sea, and surfing, so I’d get to enjoy some of my passions while working from the beach with a view.
What is your favorite type of taco?
Carne asada.
What has inspired you recently?
One of my teammates on my Pod. She’s excellent at what she does — she’s advancing from AC II to GA — and has a lot of knowledge. I can learn a lot from her.
If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?
Some kind of bird, to enjoy the view.
