My Big Goal 

I want to keep leveling up all POPs services. My big goal is to enhance the employee experience and provide a clear roadmap and better understanding of career trajectories at Proper.

Change is the only constant. It’s often challenging because it shifts everything we do, but it gives us opportunities to constantly learn and keep improving.

The POPs Christmas celebration. It's always great to spend time with the whole team, get to know each other better, and just be silly.

Change is our only constant. My personal thrill is learning new things, and I’ve been experiencing that since day one with Proper. 

What I’m Proud Of

I’m proud of the POPs team. They’re all rockstars at what they do, but they’re also humble, always sharing and supporting each other. We’ve experienced a lot of changes, but they’re always on top of it, supporting every initiative.

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

A singer or dancer. I was always performing at school, family events, and parties—I was even the choreographer! Those are fond memories. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

Dublin, definitely. I lived there for a year. It was my favorite place in the world even before I visited, but going outside and seeing the green city and endless happy environment (and coffee shops) was great. 

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Jalisco. I usually eat only tacos at El Primo—a small taco spot in my hometown where my parents went as teenagers. I’ve been eating them since I was a baby and we still visit as a family. They’re my favorite. 

What’s inspired you recently? 

Life and its fragility. It keeps me grounded in what matters and what doesn't. 

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why? 

A koala. I have a gift: like a koala, I can sleep almost immediately, any place, any time. I don’t take a lot of naps, but when I’m traveling, I can sleep anywhere. Koalas appreciate being alone, and I also appreciate my solitude. 

What’s your go-to karaoke song?

Tea or coffee? 

Coffee. Definitely. Always, all the time

Dances with Wolves. It’s great and one of my husband's favorites.

Write or talk about what you know. It applies to everything in life—talking about people or work, you need to be informed to speak truth.
