The changes. Even within the same Pod, there are many changes. I’ve worked with different clients even within the same Pod, which has turned out to be a good thing because it’s helped my learning and development.

I’m proud of my Pod 5! We’re in the second spot for overall CSAT ratings, and soon we’ll be #1.

What was your childhood ambition?
A professional skateboarder.
If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?
I love the beach, a beach near my hometown called Kino. It's small, but it's beautiful.
What is your favorite type of taco?
Of course, Carne asada. I’m from the North of Mexico. It’s very popular here.
What’s inspired you recently?
The knowledge I’ve gained this year working with different software and clients. I always appreciate new knowledge.
If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?
A cat. They’re cute, and they don’t worry about anything in life other than being a cat.
