My Big Lesson

We need to be consistent and work hard every day. I started with Proper as an AP I, and just three years later, I’m a Senior accountant — in that time I've learned to be consistent and work hard toward goals. 

My Favorite Memory

Meeting some of my Proper team here in Mexico. I couldn’t meet all my colleagues, but I’ve met two or three, which was great. 

My Big Surprise

Although I haven't met my work colleagues in person yet, I'm amazed at how I have clicked with each and every one of them. I love working with my Pod and look forward to meeting them personally one day.

What I’m Proud Of

We had a client who started with us in 2023, and it was a rocky beginning for them. When my POD took over their accounting, we expected that they might be ready to churn, but what surprised me is that we were able to make them happy and turn them into one of our most stable clients. 

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to study criminology, but that changed when I saw blood. I’m not made to work with blood. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

I visited London last year, and it was great, so maybe London. 

What is your favorite type of taco? 

 Pastor.

What inspired you recently?

Not long ago, my grandfather died, reminding me to take advantage of the time I have.

If we wait for the perfect moment, we’ll never do anything. I’ve been inspired to travel and not postpone my adventures, passions, and goals. If I could do everything now, I would, but I’m inspired to live every day fully and make each one count. 

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

I’ve always liked Pandas. Not because I am like them, but because they’re cute, they sleep all day and eat a lot. I’m not a big sleeper, but I like eating. I’m a foodie.
