My Big Goal

Keep our current clients happy with our service and make new clients even happier. Our clients are handing off more and more tasks to us, so the goal is to exceed the expectations of what they require and maintain the level of service as best we can.

To multitask and be able to address problems efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high-quality level of service with other tasks.

When our clients are happy with our services. It shows that our effort is appreciated. It’s very satisfying.

I’ve worked with most of my Pod’s clients, so I’ve been learning different things from each experience, which is great. 

What I’m Proud Of

I’m proud to have been promoted in a short period of time. I started as an Accountant I, and worked hard every day to meet clients' expectations. Hard work pays off, because I quickly advanced to another role. 

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

A doctor. I lived with my grandmother and always told her I’d be a surgeon. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

Europe in general. Maybe France or Spain. 

What is your favorite type of taco?

Meat and chipotle spice. 

What has inspired you recently? 

Our client is happy with us, so I use that as motivation to continue and keep them happy with our service. 

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

Maybe an eagle, to fly and see new perspectives.

Tea or coffee?

Tea. It’s hot in Barranquilla, so I dislike drinking coffee here. Maybe in a colder place.

Approach every new problem with a good attitude. Your attitude makes you a better person just as much as what you learn.
