My Big Goal
To continue to grow at Proper and move up within the CX department.
My Big Lesson
Teamwork goes a long way. Proper’s all about teams which helps build both internal and external partnerships, so it spreads through the organization.
My Favorite Memory
Being able to grow our client Charlsegate. We had to revamp their process from scratch. It was a lot of work to get that cleaned up, but considering where they were a year ago, we were able to scale quickly.
It was a mess, but now we’re in good enough standing that they’re even a reference.
My Big Surprise
Some of the problem clients we’ve been able to turn have surprised me.
What I’m Proud Of
Working with our clients and helping them grow their business alongside Proper’s operations. There have been a lot of upsell opportunities I’ve been a part of, and developing that framework is exciting.
The Fun Stuff
What was your childhood ambition?
I'm a big car guy—I love cars—so I wanted to be an engineer. I’m in the motor city now, so it’s only fitting.
If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?
I don’t mind my home.
What is your favorite type of taco?
Chicken.
What’s inspired you recently?
Working with clients has inspired me to continue my personal growth and ensure we give good service when building partnerships.
