My Big Lesson
This year I managed our client meetings by myself, which has become one of the most important things I do. Our clients are challenging, so learning to handle our meetings and build trust with them and the team has been significant.
My Favorite Memory
We had an in-person meeting with Mark and all of the Barranquilla team. It was awesome meeting everyone and seeing —in person— all of the faces I’ve been working with virtually for two years.
My Big Surprise
How my team is growing, seeing advancement opportunities for themselves and going for them. They’re not waiting to take chances. It’s awesome and surprising to see them develop confidently.
What I’m Proud Of
My team. Even the new joiners are incredible in how they help each other handle the workload and meet our client’s needs.
The Fun Stuff
What was your childhood ambition?
I wanted to be a teacher or professor. I always pretended to be a teacher with my cousins, and my family always expected me to be a future teacher.
If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?
Madrid. I was there October 2022, and I loved it.
What is your favorite type of taco?
Birria.
What’s inspired you recently?
I’m going to be a mom soon, so my little girl is my new inspiration this year. Everything about that part of my life is exciting now.
If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?
A cat because I want to sleep all day.
