My Big Goal

I’d love to be Manager of Operations but also work with Revenue, Onboarding, and CX. I’d like to be the link between those departments and Delivery. 

I’ve been implementing many new systems and processes, and there’s still a lot to do in Sales, but they’re well set for success, and other departments in Proper could use my help. 

My Big Lesson 

Do, then, plan. Learning by trying and doing is easier than focusing too much on theory. 

My Favorite Memory 

This has been a challenging year with Proper, so anytime I get to see Proper People in person is my favorite memory. This year, there was a sales trip with my team members, and I recently attended Helen’s wedding! 

My Big Surprise 

My ability to adapt to new processes. I’ve reported to several different people in my time at Proper. It’s challenging to adapt and grow with all this change, and I was surprised by how much change Proper has undergone just this year. 

I love this team. I’m amazed by how much we’ve accomplished and how much I still root for Proper. 

What I’m Proud Of 

This is the best Sales year in Proper’s history, and I’ve been part of that. I even implemented HubSpot for the sales team in two weeks.

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

A singer. I’m a professional singer now, but someday, I would love to make a living from it. I would love to dub vocals for Disney princesses.

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

Japan. 

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Shrimp.

What has inspired you recently? 

Art and movies. New ideas and stories inspire me. I recently watched Society of the Snow, about a football team that survived a plane crash in the Andes.

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

A mermaid, because I love the sea. It’s not an animal, but I would be a mermaid.

Tea.  I don’t drink coffee.
