My Big Goal 

The next step in my career path is Accounting Supervisor, so I’d like to advance to that position or maybe even directly to Accounting Lead. There are opportunities outside of Delivery, perhaps in Implementation or Overview, so I’m open to exploring different departments and areas of Proper.

My Big Lesson 

Trust your team. We always work as a group, so anything that goes right or wrong is not just on one person—we all represent Proper, so we have to trust that everyone on the team is doing their best while contributing our own best. 

My Favorite Memory 

I worked abroad in Europe for two months. It was difficult but also rewarding. The time zones created work challenges but provided a great experience and motivation. It helped me learn to prioritize my tasks and manage my time without affecting the quality of my work. 

My Big Surprise

I wasn't sure what to expect from the changes implemented with the employment arrangement Mexico team, but I’ve been happy with them and organized myself accordingly. 

What I’m Proud Of 

I’m proud of delegating tasks and working efficiently. I’m not the team leader, but I had the support of my teammates when I started, and as my Pod has evolved, I’ve grown in my position to apply the knowledge I’ve gained to solve our client’s problems.  

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to be famous. A singer or actress, but I wanted to be on TV. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

The beach. I love the beach—the weather and the vibes. Maybe in the Caribbean Sea, Tulum, Cancun, or Playa del Carmen. People are happier by the beach. 

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Pastor.

What has inspired you recently? 

My sister has met some challenges and struggles this year, but she stays positive and focused on changing her situation. 

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

Panda. I love pandas. Since I was a kid, I wanted to have one. They’re very relaxed and chill with no worries.

Tea or coffee? 

Coffee, definitely.

Shrek
