You can only control what you can control, so focus on the small things you can control. Focusing on the biggest picture or impact makes it easy to forget the little things that matter most often.

How we’re all genuinely aligned with the same goals. The Sales team overcame a lot of hurdles, especially in Q4 of last year, but seeing the entire team come together to ensure we’re still providing exceptional service, even through the rough times, always surprises me.

What I’m Proud Of

I’m proud of myself! Over this past year, I’ve been pulled in several directions, and I’ve been able to keep up and be flexible enough to be there for my team and keep learning. 

I’ve learned so much in four years, and I’m still learning.

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to be a zoologist. I’m far from that now, but I still love animals. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

Anywhere in the mountains. I’ve been building a house in the mountains for a few years, and I hope to complete it this year and work from there.

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Gringa.

What’s inspired you recently?

My stepdaughter moved in recently, so I’ve been inspired to be a better person for her and model good examples.

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

A horse. 100%. They’re strong, free, fast, beautiful, and intelligent; they love family and have partners for life. No doubt, I would be a horse.
