My Big Goal 

To get all of our current clients properly Onboarded — my main objective is to ensure smooth Onboarding. 

My Big Lesson

There’s no such thing as a small client, and there’s no such thing as an easy client. There’s always a surprise. Sometimes, we think smaller clients will be easy, but when you review their books, you realize there’s no easy way, just the correct way. 

My Favorite Memory

Occasionally, we get messages from clients thanking us for our efforts, so my favorite memory would probably be receiving emails from property managers and owners who are grateful for our work. 

My Big Surprise 

How the entire company adapts to new structures and processes. There were times I felt like we were scrambling, but when I looked around, I realized I had a lot of peers pushing hard to make things happen. I’m always surprised by the capacity and resilience of my team and the company at large. 

What I’m Proud Of

Definitely Pod 8 and the decisions our leadership has made. We’ve moved from one big client to another, and things are going well and improving daily as we manage our clients, big and small.

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to help people through a business. I wanted to establish myself and my colleagues and create something to give people work and support families.

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

The Batcave.

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Tripa/Pastor.  

What’s inspired you recently? 

My parents. I’ve seen how my mom and dad —now that they’re living alone again— come together to face new challenges in this phase of their life as a couple. I want to get to that point with my girlfriend, where we unconditionally support each other side by side. 

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why? 

I would be a great white shark. They’re amazing creatures. They’re beautiful and travel around the world. Their faces show no fear and always seem aggressive, but inside, I think they’re passionate.

Coffee.
