My Big Goal 

I want to advance to Accountant II. I have all the knowledge I need to grow. Ideally, I want to grow vertically and stay within my Pod, but if I have to move to another Pod, I’m willing!

My Big Lesson

Time management. I started with only one client. We didn’t communicate much with them, so it was a slow, lonely learning process. Since then, I’ve taken on two more clients who need more attention, so my time management has improved. 

My Favorite Memory 

I attended the Proper meetup in Mexico City with Mark and JP in February. It was amazing and helped me feel like part of the company. I’m extroverted, and I like to talk to people so, that gathering was a lot of fun for me, and it helped me embrace the company culture.  

What I’m Proud Of

My growth. As I mentioned before, I managed a small client when I first started, but I learned a lot on the fly, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come with all the help of my supervisors and colleagues.

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to be a model and a pilot.

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

I took a cruise from New York through Canada to Scandinavia, so if I could work from there again, I would. It was a great trip. 

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Pastor— always. 

What has inspired you recently? 

My mom. I admire her, and she’s always supported me. She had a tough life, yet the resilience and strength she projects are inspiring. She’s always smiling and looking for the positive, so she has excellent judgment and gives good advice.  

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

A phoenix, because they rise from the ashes.
