My Big Lesson
Teamwork. Our workload has been challenging, so it was nice to see everyone come together and get extra help from the rest of the team, especially toward the end of the year.
My Favorite Memory
It’s also related to teamwork, but having meetings as a team has helped develop our relationships. Since we’re living in many different cities, it lets us get to know each other as more than coworkers.

The growth in the company. POPS does the hiring, so we know exactly how much Proper has grown.
What I’m Proud Of
The amount of hiring we did last year. It’s huge! I’m proud that we’ve accomplished that as a team.

What was your childhood ambition?
I’ve always wanted to work in a big company. Probably something in the fashion industry —maybe a magazine— I love clothes and design.
If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?
Los Cabos. I saw a video recently, and it made me want to go.
What is your favorite type of taco?
Carne asada.
What’s inspired you recently?
Enjoying myself and the little things happening in my life: taking care of myself, doing little favors for myself, working out, and spending time alone.

A dog. They’re loyal.
