My Big Goal 

First, I’d like to develop a stronger foundation as a GA and, with time, advance to a Senior Position.

My Big Lesson

This year, much like last year, was much about change. If you don’t adapt, you won’t survive, so you have to adjust quickly to change. 

My Favorite Memory

Joining my new Pod. The transition helped me grow into my role as a GA, and it was motivating to meet new people and take on new clients and challenges. 

My Big Surprise 

Implementation of Teramind. It was an adjustment to work with this kind of software. It was a shock at first. It was my first time working with this type of software, but I got used to it quickly.

What I’m Proud Of

Adapting to changes and being promoted to GA last year. I’ve done fine work on every task I've been assigned, so I want to continue.

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to be a businessman or a football player.

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be? 

I work from Cancún, so it’s already pretty ideal. If I had to pick another place, maybe somewhere like Iceland, Croatia, or Greece— just for the view

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Al Pastor. 

What’s inspired you recently? 

I’m inspired by myself. I just want to improve and do better work every month, so I’ve set benchmarks to make fewer mistakes and be more effective.

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why? 

A wolf. They’re fearless and stay loyal to their pack. They depend on and support each other—it’s like the bond I feel with my family, which is untouchable.

No matter how hard life kicks, you must stand up because life stops for nobody.
