My Big Goal 

My next goal at Proper is to contribute to building the Properverse, empowering accountants with tools to excel in their roles by streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing stress within our team, and elevating client satisfaction through superior service delivery.

My Big Lesson 

I've learned the importance of adaptability and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment. The dynamic nature of our work has taught me to be proactive and embrace change as an opportunity for growth.

My Big Surprise

The most surprising aspect of Proper is the level of collaboration and support among different departments. Seeing how everyone is willing to lend a hand and share knowledge to achieve our common goal is amazing.

What I’m Proud Of 

The work of the Tiger Team has opened doors for team members to participate in automation initiatives. It shows me that not only is everyone keeping an eye on the good results from my team, but they’re also giving us a chance to participate and impact strategies to improve Proper’s services. 

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

I wanted to be a marine biologist. I love the ocean, the animals, and the beach. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

The Amalfi Coast in Italy, with its charming coastal towns, delicious cuisine, and gorgeous views of the Mediterranean. And maybe embracing a little bit of the Italian way of dolce far niente.

What is your favorite type of taco? 

Carne asada taco has perfectly seasoned beef, fresh cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime.

What has inspired you recently? 

To see how my team gives their best effort to the work and commits to pushing their goals. They’re not waiting for me to tell them what to do, but they’re proactive, involved, and constructive, which is inspiring. 

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

Something that flies. Maybe an eagle.

Tea.

What’s a movie everyone should see at least once?

The Shawshank Redemption. It's a powerful story of hope and resilience.

What's the best advice you've ever received?

"Focus on what you can control, and don't stress over what you can't." This advice has helped me stay grounded and maintain perspective during challenging times.
