My Big Goal

The big goal of everyone in the company is to get the accountability program working at the level we all want it to be. Personally, I want to get the POPS team up and running smoothly while working on the projects I’m supporting in the background to make them shine. When the people I work with achieve their goals, I achieve mine. 

My Favorite Memory

When we met with everyone in Bogotá. It was fun seeing the team in person. I’m a local here, so I don’t do the tourist stuff often, but when someone visits, you get to see your city through their eyes. We had a great time.

My Big Lesson

Adaptability and learning to unlearn. We get used to doing things one way, for example, project management styles. Sometimes, we need to unlearn those things to do them in ways that work for the greater good. That’s what I learn daily at Proper: to adapt and learn better ways to do things.

What’s Surprised Me

Working with two small kids. I don’t know how I do it sometimes. I think it’s because I go day by day trying to stay in the present and connected to the moment.

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition? 

I wanted to be a mom. I always wanted a family. That was very important to me. 

Professionally, I was always changing, but I remember looking up to my dad and wanting to be an engineer, but I was not good at numbers. According to my mom, I was all over: I wanted to be an actress and singer, but I also wanted to be a model! 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be? 

Any beach in the world. I haven’t been to Bali, so probably Bali, something new.

Favorite type of taco? 

Vegetarian. Any vegetarian taco or quesadilla. 

What’s inspired you recently?

My daughter’s wisdom. 

There’s a TikTok trend where you interview your child. One of the questions was, “What has been the happiest moment of your life?” She responded, “Today, right now.”

It reminded me how much kids have to teach us — to embrace every moment and try to make it the happiest.

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why? 

Maybe a dolphin, because I love the sea and they’re super intelligent— they go with the flow!

What’s your go-to karaoke song? 

“200 Copas”— Karol G. At my best friend’s wedding, we both sang this song like it was a private concert.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?

Trust my maternal instinct, even with all of the information and “experts” around, to trust my gut.
