My Big Goal

I want to keep growing with Proper. I started as an AC I, and now I’m an AC II, so I’ve learned a lot and want to maintain that path of development and learning.

My Big Lesson

I was impressed by the fellowship and companionship, so I’ve learned more about its importance. I can always rely on my teammates, and that’s been the best part of working here. 

My Favorite Memory

Our first team building was different for me. In previous jobs, people hadn’t been so welcoming.

I felt great. Although I didn’t know anyone, they helped me come out of my shell. It was a great experience. 

My Big Surprise

The continuous change and learning. Everything at Proper is always changing, and we keep growing and learning along with it, which has been great for me. 

What I’m Proud Of 

It’s the result of teamwork, but I’m happy with the work my Pod accomplished for a big client and how we’ve made them happy with us. I’m thrilled with the transition they’ve had and how we’ve handled their service. 

The Fun Stuff

What was your childhood ambition?

I was a doctor until I realized that blood was not for me. In high school, I fell in love with math and eventually became an accountant. 

If you could work remotely from absolutely anywhere, where would it be?

A cold place. The temperature is crazy—it’s pretty warm here, and I’d love to experience something different from my city’s hot beaches. 

What is your favorite type of taco? 

I don’t eat a lot of tacos, but maybe Birria. 

What has inspired you recently?

My mom. The way she’s handled situations for our family is awesome. She’s always my biggest inspiration.  

If you could be any animal, which would you be, and why?

A cat. They’re so weird. 

What’s your go-to karaoke song?

Coffee all the way.

Take things one day at a time; tomorrow’s worries are tomorrow’s worries.
